Thanks to the invaluable insights from our trusted VIP community, we are thrilled to unveil our second release, featuring 95% of new enhancements directly inspired by your recent feedback.

Archive Events + Items (MOST VOTED)

You can now mark an event or ticketing items as archived to make navigating lists easier within Visi admin.

Date Specific Messages

Show additional content within the calendar based on the date being selected to inform guests throughout their buying journey.

Session Capacity Colours

In addition to dates, individual time slots which fall below the capacity threshold will now highlight in the limited availability colours.

Live Visitor Data

You can now see live visitor stats directly in Visi admin, give a snapshot of booked, redeemed and un-redeemed for today.

Additional Calendar Branding

New calendar widget with the option to set different text and background colours per function of the calendar.

Calendar Start Date

Choose if the calendar used by customers should start on a Sunday or Monday to align with your trading week.

Session End Time Emails

New setting has been added to control whether session end times (if configured) should be included in booking confirmation emails.

Subscription Status Filter

When searching for subscriptions in Visi admin you can now choose to only search active ones when entering a search term.

Additional Email Tags

New data tag for customer email and internal, event reminder and item emails now support QR codes, order details, order references + more.

Why These Features?

This release was based on voting feedback from VIP which allows us to deliver new features which have the biggest impact to our attraction community.

 

Additionally, we've grouped these enhancements to focus on web improvements that bypass the need for a POS update, enabling us to deliver more new features all at once.

 

When is the next voting round?

Voting will begin in March, so keep an eye out on further updates coming soon.

 

What about older requests?

Get ready for an even more exciting voting round, where you'll have the chance to champion those requests that narrowly missed the cut in the last two rounds, ensuring they get the spotlight they deserve!
