Dojo One Step Refunds
When and order is refunded in Visi admin this will now automatically refund to the customers original payment card, without the need to separately log into Dojo and perfom the payment refund manually.
Dojo Bulk Refunds
Use session manager to filter sessions by date, time, name and event before selecting which bookings to refund on bulk, rather than having to refund individually.
Session Time Filter in Session Manager
You can now filter by event start time within session manager which works alongside the existing filters.
Elavon Opayo PI Integration
New integration method for the Opayo gateway using their embedded checkout which also supports Apple Pay.
To support the switch to the new Opayo PI integration, you will need to create an API key within your Opayo / SagePay account and enter this into Visi admin.
How do we do this?
Please follow this guide and contact support should you require further assistance.
Does this impact PCI Compliance?
No, the new integration actually lowers the scope of PCI and should make this a simpler process.
Do we have to change?
Yes, all customers will need to transition by 1st October 2025 as we are removing support for the older integration method.
